Brandon Martin, former head coach for Milwaukee Youth Falcons Peewees, has taken on the responsibilities of serving as President of Milwaukee Youth Falcons effective January 1, 2018. Brandon was introduced to football at the age of 6; through his Uncle Ben Kern, founder of the Falcon Organization.

Brandon has been a Peewee Coach since June 2013 where he transitioned into the Head Coach in 2015. His belief is that toughness, hard work, team work and most importantly patience is the key to success.  Through many years of football experience, co-leading various projects and dedication; Brandon is a strong supporter of building relationships and bridging families through youth sports.

Brandon was a multi-sport student athlete at Whitefish Bay playing Varsity Football as a running back and during the spring running track. His senior year he earned the title of captain where his passion and commitment to the game rewarded him the Duke Pride Award; which is one of the top awards that can be received at Whitefish Bay. Brandon’s leadership and drive was established through his development with the Falcon Organization.

After high school Brandon transitioned his football career playing Semi-Pro with the Milwaukee Venom. After two years, he started his collegiate football career at Concordia University of Wisconsin. Brandon graduated from Concordia University with a degree in business management and in 2013 he returned to the Falcon Organization and fully committed himself to giving back to the organization in which he began
his love for football.

Brandon came back to the Falcons volunteering not only as a coach during the season, but also in planning and implementing the skills and development for all summer camps. For continuous inspiration, one of his favorite quotes that he follows is “Be the change that you want to see”
~ Gandhi~

Now, as the new President, Brandon will continue to bring positive enrichment, leadership development and team building through his full commitment to the Milwaukee Youth Falcons. Brandon plans on continuing in the vision and mission of MYF while bringing some of his own personal touch to the organization.

“Every aspect of football provides the same principles of life. The grind, blood shed, and tears given to the sport, represents the daily efforts put forth in life. Our Organization helps build character in young individuals to help conquer their goals by teaching leadership, and great team work. We are confident
that with dedication, discipline, and determination will ultimately lead to humble domination.”
