Football.

 

Welcome to NCSL Falcon Youth Football!!

Purpose:

 

The Falcon program is committed to the educational, cultural, physical and social development of the student/athlete. Our organization encourages self discipline, teamwork, good sportsmanship and integrity. It is the programs belief that these qualities lead to accomplishments in academics and to the attainment of skills necessary for continued learning throughout life.

 

Eligibility:


• The Student Athlete may be a minimum age of 6 years, and maximum of 13 years old
• The football player must provide all medical information needed to be able to handle any condition that may prohibit athletes performance
• Student Athlete must sign Student Athlete conduct form presented at the beginning of the season once the team has been registered

Attendance Requirements:
• ALL football players must attend all practices, unless pre-approved by coaches. Absenteeism of 3 or more practices will result in suspension of the player from football to be determined by the Head Coach of that team. Practices will continue to be mandated.

 

Rules:


•Have fun
•Be on time for practices and games
•Listen and follow directions
•Respect the Coaches, other Players, and Parents
•Respect other people opinions and property


•Keep hands, feet, and other objects to yourself…there are consequences for not behaving!!
•No teasing/bullying others
•Be the best football player & teammate you can be
•No inappropriate language will be tolerated!!!

 

Financial Responsibilities:


• Registration fee with NCSL is $100 per child. 2 children for $180, 3 or more, contact league for group discount.

 

registration covers insurance for the season, paying referees, field rental…PALONE
•Uniforms will be provided for the season, but Must Be Returned following the end of the football season. If uniforms

are not returned the player/parents will be subject to a $60 uniform replacement fee.

 

Transportation:


•The student athlete & parent(s) will be responsible for their own transportation to and from games/events.

Pee Wee Division- Ages 6-8

 

-Skilled Players (QB, RB, FB, TE, WR, KR/PR) allowed to carry the ball 90 lbs

 

Junior Division- Ages 9-11

 

-Skilled Players Players (QB, RB, FB, TE, WR, KR/PR) allowed to carry the ball 120 lbs

 

Major Division- Ages 12-14

 

-Skilled Players Players (QB, RB, FB, TE, WR, KR/PR) allowed to carry the ball 160 lbs

 

 

*The cut off date for youth right on the cusp is Nov. 1st. If your child’s birthday is before Nov. 1st and he/she will be turning 9 or 12, they must play in the next division. These are Neighborhood Children’s Sports League Rules
